Build a Pokémon themed racing boat and sail away!


Cultivate good green habits to save our planet!

Participants work in teams to build their own Pokémon themed sailing boat by using a fusion of recyclable materials and Lego Robotics. The session wraps off with a mini competition with the team who builds the most creative and innovative sailing boat wins! 


Sailing Day 1

Buoyancy is the key! 


Students learn how to build and customize their own sailing boat using the Lego Mindstorms. They will also learn how to control their sailing boat through programming. To add into the fun, students are required to bring floatable recycling materials to work on their sailing boat. 

Sailing Day 2

Competition day


Students continue to work on what they have done in Day 1 and get themselves ready for the mini competition. The competition judges on the teams’ creativity, engineering, and programming skills. There are wonderful prizes to be won with special awards shall goes to: (1) The best designed sailing boat (2) The most environmentally friendly sailing boat.
